The decision to shut down the market was made on April 11.
Ensuring safety of people was named the reason for closure as the market was located close to the oil depot, which creates a risk of emergency situation (fire).
The eyewitnesses told AKIpress that the market was closed today, indeed, as the sellers abandoned their workplaces, and shared their photos from the place.
