Berdymuhamedov said that Turkmenistan highly values the relations with Kyrgyzstan and said the ties are based on the principles of equality, mutual profit, respect and trust, and stressed his confidence that the by-now high level of cooperation and understanding between the brotherly countries will be a strong foundation for future progressive development and closer bilateral Turkmen-Kyrgyz ties.
