AKIPRESS.COM - The Music of Composers of the 20th Century concert will be held on February 28 in the Chamber Hall of the Astana Opera and Ballet Theater, the press service of the Theater reported.

Music of composers of American, western, and soviet schools will be performed. Composer Ennio Morricone's Gabriel's Oboe, the main theme song for the 1986 film The Mission, will tell a story of the main personage of the film Gabriel.

Soloists of the theater Almat Zhailaubayev, Yelena Ganzha, Aisulu Baikenova, Bagdat Abilkhanov will be the central figures of the event.

The chamber orchestra of the Astana Opera will be conducted by laureate of the state competitions Ruslan Baimurzin.
