Kazakh Senators ratify protocol to agreement with Russia in cooperation in emergency situations

The Senators of Kazakh Parliament have adopted the law on ratification of the protocol to the agreement between Kazakhstan and Russia in cooperation in prevention of emergency situations as of March 28, 1994, the Parliament of Kazakhstan reported.
The protocol, signed in Pavlodar on September 19, 2012, allows the members of rescue services and units to cross the checkpoints on a priority basis.
The side accepting aid should be provided with a list of members of the rescue service as well as a list of equipment to cross the border.
