Kazakh businessmen better get ready for competitiveness within Eurasian Economic Union - Nazarbayev

AKIPRESS.COM - e2e3f65cdaee337dd391dde20b18e7aa Chairman of the Presidium of the National Chamber Entrepreneurs and CEO Ablay Myrzakhmetov briefed President Nursultan Nazarbayev on the results of activities of the Chamber since its establishment and protection of the rights and interests of domestic business, the President's press service reports on November 18.

Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed that the Government pays a great attention to the development of business and ready to back it in all directions.

"The Eurasian Economic Union will be working since January 1, 2015, therefore, our businessmen should get ready to compete in a new environment. Our new economic policy "Nurly Zhol" focuses on business development in Kazakhstan. Every entrepreneur has to find his niche and the Chamber together with the Government should create all the necessary conditions. I hope that these measures will contribute to the emergence of new business structures and new faces in the business,” the President said.

Kulibayev said the activity of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs ensures improvement of the business environment, the analysis of the effectiveness of government support measures, the development of human capital and access to business finance, and other.

Ablay Myrzahmetov said the entrepreneurs are ready for serious and hard work. "One of our priority areas is to protect the rights of businessmen. To date, we have received more than 3,500 applications on this issue, each one of them has been recorded and the relevant  work is being done," Myrzahmetov noted.

Following the meeting, the Head of State gave a number of specific instructions on the discussed issues.
