AKIPRESS.COM - Alliance Bank notifies its creditors on the voluntary reorganization of the Bank in the form of consolidation of JSC Temirbank and JSC ForteBank to the Bank.

The resolution on the Consolidation was adopted on 10 November 2014 by the Joint Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of the Bank, Temirbank and ForteBank. On the same date agreement on consolidation of Temirbank into the Bank and agreement on consolidation of ForteBank into the Bank were signed.

On 26 November 2014 the Bank obtained consent of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy on the Consolidation. On 10 December 2014 the Bank obtained consent of the National Bank of the Republic Kazakhstan on the Consolidation.

On 1 January 2015 Chairmen of the Management Boards and chief accountants of the Bank, Temirbank and ForteBank signed the transfer acts, under which all property, including claims and obligations of Temirbank and ForteBank have been vested to the Bank.
