AKIPRESS.COM - State campaign "Made in Kazakhstan" launched in Astana on Monday, according to the nationwide movement "Kazakhstan 2050".

Speaking at the enlarged session of the Government on February 11, President Nursultan Nazarbayev called to support the domestic producers by launching a nationwide campaign "Made in Kazakhstan".

"I address to all citizens of Kazakhstan, even in this difficult situation to buy our Kazakhstani goods to help our economy," he said.

According to activists, the campaign started in one of the capital's network of supermarkets. Moreover, the negotiations launched with the major retail chains and manufacturers throughout the country.

Within the campaign, sections with the products made in Kazakhstan will be marked with special coloured labels with the inscription "Made in Kazakhstan". This highlights the Kazakhstani products among other goods making them more visible to buyers.
