AKIPRESS.COM - Belarusian furniture and materials for making furniture as well as interior decoration will be on display during the international furniture expo MebelExpo Uzbekistan 2015 in Tashkent on 24-27 February, BelTA news agency reports Monday citing Ruzhena Novitskaya, press secretary of the Belarusian woodworking and paper industry concern Bellesbumprom.

During the expo Belarus will be represented by Vitebskdrev, Rechitsadev, Minskmebel, and the Ruzhany-based furniture factory. Over 200 companies from 24 countries are expected to take part in the expo.

For many years MebelExpo Uzbekistan has been the only international specialized expo forum for Uzbekistan's furniture industry to demonstrate the industry's latest achievements.

The expo offers a major communication platform for specialists involved in all the stages of furniture production and sales. It brings together suppliers of new cutting-edge equipment, components, and materials as well as interior design experts.

Following the established tradition MebelExpo Uzbekistan is held simultaneously with the international expo UzBuild, Uzbekistan's top civil engineering expo.
