Both events will feature a discussion on the impact of oil price movements and of Russia's recession for Kazakhstan and other CIS sovereigns. The Credit Risk Conference in Almaty will also include a talk on Kazakhstan's banks and the role of government support amid economic challenges.

The Credit Risk Roundtable in Astana will hone in on the role of sovereign credit quality and government support for corporate ratings in Kazakhstan.
