Mongolia completing grain and vegetable harvesting campaigns: Ministry

AKIPRESS.COM - rice The Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Mongolia said it has done 75.8% of grain harvest throughout the country.

It also added that it's 98-99.6% done with collecting vegetables and potatoes.

As of October 19, Mongolia has gathered 176,200 tons of grain, 147,800 tons of potatoes, 68,900 tons of vegetables, 34,700 tons of fodder, and 11,700 tons of oil plants.

Grain harvest is expected at the volume of 265,000 tons, including 252,300 of wheat.
