AKIPRESS.COM - Commissioning of Shieli automated gas-distribution station (AGDS) has been held under the "Gasification of 5 settlements in Kyzylorda Region" investment project by the national operator, KazTransGas JSC.

Krymbek Kusherbayev, head of Kyzylorda region, and Serik Yestai, First Deputy Director General of KazTransGas, attended the ceremonial commissioning of AGDS and gas supply objects.

They built over 17 km of the gas pipeline-tap of Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent main pipeline, installed AGDS and 4 gas-distribution points, 29 gas-distribution cabinet points and supplied 270 km of block gas-distribution networks under the gasification of Shieli village, one of the largest district centers of the region. Commissioned facilities ensure continuous gas supply for over 31 thousand residents of Shieli village, including 6,488 private houses, 84 large-panel houses and 74 municipal enterprises.

Serik Yestai noted: "Providing houses with gas and giving residents of Shieli village warmth and joy, the JSC KazTransGas proves again that it is a national company... Each year, the national operator connects over 35 thousand residents to gas pipelines. Only in Kyzylorda region, 1,250 km of gas pipelines have been laid out within the framework of the project."

Over 190 thousand residents of Kyzylorda region will be supplied with the natural gas within the project. Currently they have built 1,439 km of gas pipelines, 81 units of gas-distribution points and 258 cabinet points in the region.
