AKIPRESS.COM - KazMunaiGas Exploration & Production held an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders.

The meeting elected the new members of the Board of Directors.

The EGM appointed Mr. Igor Goncharov, the Managing Director for Operational Production Assets - Chief Engineer at National Company KazMunaiGas and Mr. Kurmangazy Iskaziyev, KMG EP’s CEO as new members of the Board replacing Mr. Kurtwood Hillman and Mr. Abat Nurseitov, which have recently left the Board.
