AKIPRESS.COM - Referee from Uzbekistan Ravshan Irmatov triumphed at the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai after scooping the Best Referee of the Year accolade.

The Uzbek has been a FIFA international official since 2003 and made his World Cup debut in 2010 where he set a few tournament records.
