Explosion in central Istanbul kills at least 10

An explosion that rocked Sultanahmet Square in Istanbul on Tuesday killed at least 10 people and wounded 15 others, the Istanbul governor's office said.
"Investigations continue about the explosion's cause, the explosive types, the perpetrator/perpetrators of the event," said Istanbul governor Vasip Sahin.
No group immediately claimed responsibility.
