AKIPRESS.COM - A Dior bag made of crocodile leather and worth at least 300,000 rubles (some $4,000) and said to belong to a cleaning lady working for Russian energy giant Gazprom has been stolen, a Moscow police spokesman told TASS on Tuesday.

"Unknown thieves broke the window of a Mitsubishi car parked near a shopping mall in the village of Rumyantsevo and took the 300,000-ruble bag with the woman’s identification papers plus some money," the spokesman said, adding that a criminal case had been launched.

The incident went viral among Russian-spoken Twitter users who wondered what was the salary of the ordinary cleaner if she can afford expensive Dior bag.
