Eighteen transactions have been registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan this week, reports the state news agency of Turkmenistan.
Businessmen from the United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan concluded transactions in foreign currency for aviation fuel and oil produced at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries. Representatives of business circles of Turkey and Afghanistan bought B grade carbamide (Turkmenhimiya State Concern). The transactions in foreign currency were registered for refined cotton oil, coarse fabric, flannel fabric, cotton yarn and ginned cotton. The buyer countries included Russia, the UAE, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan, among others. The transactions totalled over US$ 26.997 million.
Businessmen from Turkey registered the transactions for cotton yarn in deposit manats amounting to over 2.135 million manats.
Turkmen businessmen bought bread wheat for more than 120,000 manats.
