5.9-magnitude earthquake strikes northwest of Medellin, Colombia

An earthquake measuring 5.9 magnitude struck off northwest Colombia on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The USGS said the quake was centred 129 kmnorth northwest of Medellin.
It was 72 km deep.
There were no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
