Over 1,500 households in Mongolia receive access to electricity

AKIPRESS.COM - During the last three months, 1,562 households in Ulaanbaatar were connected to power grids. According to a survey, the capital city numbers more than 10 thousand households that still do not have access to electricity.

MNT 2.0 billion has been allocated for this purpose by the Regulatory Committee on Energy and the Ulaanbaatar Power Grid System state-owned company, in compliance with the ministerial order issued on August 26, 2016.

The new power grid installations were executed between September 5 and October 3, reports the Ministry of Energy.
