A Mongolian delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh met with the Home Minister of India, Rajnath Singh, according to News.mn.
During the meeting, Singh stressed that the two countries share concerns on terrorism and strategic ties. He noticed bilateral ties have strengthened recently.
Mongolia's Khurelsukh, in turn, said the two countries have deep economic and cultural ties. A large number of Mongolian students are pursuing higher educations in Indian universities, while around 40 Indian companies have invested in Mongolia.
A great scope exists for further Indian investment in Mongolia's agriculture and mining sectors, he added.
