AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev on June 19 departed for Moscow on state visit.
The trip was made at the invitation of Russia's President Vladimir Putin in honor of the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
The head of state as part of his state visit will hold talks with Vladimir Putin and Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
The sides will sign documents in healthcare sector, migration, statistics and finance.
The most important document during the trip will be declaration of cooperation and partnership between the two countries, which will state the countries' positions on many issues of bilateral relations, chief of foreign policy department of president's office Aizada Subakojoyeva told reporters on June 16.
Atambayev will also participate in the Days of Culture of Kyrgyzstan in Russia and meet with Kyrgyzstanis.
The state visit will last until June 24 and will include trips to Tatarstan and Bashkortostan.
