The last name Ismailova was registered in the State Registration Service's system 14,626 times, Ismailov  — 14,307 times.

The other last names often registered in the system:

- Kadyrov — 10,281;

- Akhmatova — 10,226;

"Recording of every citizen of Kyrgyzstan since their birth is done at the level of the registry office (ZAGS) bodies," the Service noted.
