AKIPRESS.COM - Presidents of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan held a narrow format talks in the Kuksaroy state residence as part of the official visit of President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani to Tashkent.

The two discussed important issues of bilateral relations and exchanged views on regional and international issues, in particular, fighting terrorism, extremism and illegal drug trafficking.

The Afghan President arrived in Tashkent on December 4 at the invitation of the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
