AKIPRESS.COM - President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea in Turkmenistan Jong Tae-ying on the occasion of completion of his diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan.

Thee diplomat thanked Berdimuhamedov for "attention to the development of friendly Turkmen – Korean relations, as well as for supporting Embassy of the Republic of Korea." Jong Tae-ying highlighted that his country attaches great importance to the consolidation of fruitful cooperation with Turkmenistan that pursues open door and wide beneficial partnership policy meeting the interests of universal peace and prosperity.

Berdimuhamedov highlighted steadfast dynamics of Turkmen – Korean collaboration built on equal and long-term basis and aimed for specific results and thanked South Korean diplomat for his considerable input to the consolidation of Turkmen – Korean interstate dialogue. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished him success in his future tenure.
