The appointment of the UK Trade Envoy to Mongolia is expected to bolster bilateral trade ties and investment cooperation.

Additionally, MP Ranil Jayawardena was appointed Trade Envoy to Sri Lanka, expanding the total number of Prime Ministerial Trade Envoys to 30 Parliamentarians covering 59 markets around the world.
