Uzbekistan's security head leaves post
AKIPRESS.COM - Head of Uzbekistan’s National Security Service (SNB), Rustam Inoyatov, has left his post, Uzbek media report.
He was replaced by Ikhtiyor Abdullayev, previously prosecutor general.
Uzbekistan’s foreign ministry had no immediate comment on the report.
According to sources in the Uzbek government, Inoyatov resigned on January 25.
