AKIPRESS.COM - A delegation of Turkmenistan participated in the World Investment Forum (WIF-2018) organized by the UNCTAD on October 22-26, Turkmen foreign ministry reports.

On the first day of the Forum,Turkmenistan made a presentation about its economic opportunities and investment potential during the exhibition “Investment Village of the World Investment Forum”.

On October 23, the delegation of Turkmenistan attended the “Business Development in Eastern Europe and Central Asia”.

On October 25, the delegation of Turkmenistan took part in a high-level event for landlocked countries “Attracting foreign direct investment into landlocked countries”.

On the final day of WIF-2018, Turkmenistan received a certificate from UNCTAD.
