38 Mongolian doctors to be trained in Japan

AKIPRESS.COM - In cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Ministry of Health of Mongolia is implementing a program to train Mongolian doctors, medical teachers in Japan in November and December of 2019, Montsame reports.

The training is aimed at paving the way for future specialized postgraduate medical training in Mongolia and providing postgraduate teacher training for Mongolian teachers. Doctors and teachers from local hospital centers will be taking short-term course at the International University of Health and Welfare in Tokyo, Japan to learn from Japanese experiences of medical science.

Since 2018, a total of 38 doctors and medical specialists have undergone training in Japan.
