AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia D. Tsogtbaatar on February 7 received Ambassador of Belarus to Mongolia Stanislav Chepurnoy, Montsame reported.

The sides discussed strengthening political, trade and economic partnership between Mongolia and Belarus and opening Mongolian diplomatic mission in Minsk city, and organizing reciprocal high level visits and events in 2020.

Ambassador Stanislav Chepurnoy expressed willingness to provide assistance to Mongolia on opening its embassy in Belarus and launching its activities.

The meeting also touched on an issue of supplying equipment and machineries for Mongolia’s agriculture, road, transport, urban development and emergency management service fields from Belarus within the framework of the General Agreement between the Governments of Mongolia and Belarus on Export Loan signed in 2019.
