AKIPRESS.COM - People, who are looting and at the same time shouting with patriotic slogans are not patriots in fact, but criminals, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said at the opening ceremony of the front office of the volunteers, Informburo.kz reported.

"We should understand that people, who allowed themselves to break into other people's house, do a looting and at the same time shouting pseudo-patriotic slogans are of course not patriots. These are people, who violated the law, in other words, criminals," Tokayev noted.

According to him, the volunteer activity is a good example of a high level of personal and spiritual development of a person.

Volunteering is an indicator of the development of state and society as a whole, he said.
