According to the decision made by the State Emergency Commission on February 26, movement of public transport such as buses, trains, and planes had been suspended as a precautionary measure. By the decision of the State Emergency Commission meeting on March 1, the movement has been opened from March 3.

However, the railway traffic to the cities of Erlian, Hohhot, and Beijing in China is still frozen.
