AKIPRESS.COM - The State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia D.Davaasuren on March 10 held a meeting with H.E. Philippe Merlin, French Ambassador in Ulaanbaatar, news.mn reported.

Davaasuren, as a member of the State Emergency Commission, fully briefed the Ambassador on the measures being taken by the Commission and made a request to cooperate and focus on taking measures to prevent spread of infections in Mongolia as well as the countries the patient had travelled to and transited through and following the advice of relevant organisations.

The Ambassador Philippe Merlin voiced his concerns about the individual’s safety and requested the Mongolian side to take the appropriate measures.
