AKIPRESS.COM - Amid COVID-19 global pandemic, the Government of Japan has decided to provide JPY 1 billion (about $9,318,950) as part of the non-refundable assistance to Mongolia.
The aid will promote economic and social development, Montsame reports.
Additionally, Japan will provide JPY 249 million as nonrefundable aid to carry out human resources development program to the Government of Mongolia.
At today’s irregular meeting of cabinet, the Minister of Foreign Affairs was authorized to sign the letters of exchange with Japan regarding the assistance.
