AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador of Tajikistan to Malaysia Ardasher Qodiri visited the National Library of Malaysia and met with the Director General of the Library Maizan bint Ismoil, the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan reported.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on establishing cooperation between National Libraries of Tajikistan and Malaysia and in this regard considered it necessary to sign a memorandum of understanding. They also emphasized the importance of the joint efforts for the developing and strengthening collaboration for the benefit of the people of the two countries.

At the same time, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan handed over the books of President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to the National Library of Malaysia.
