AKIPRESS.COM - 28,359 Mongolian nationals were brought back home by January 23, 2021, according to State Emergency Commission of Mongolia.
21,716 citizens were returned by 119 chartered flights, 6,643 were brought home by ground transport through the southern and northern border checkpoints.
Since the beginning of 2021, 7 chartered flights have brought 590 citizens back home.
Passengers included 29 families with young children, 32 people with medical reasons, 6 elderly people, 8 pregnant mothers, 232 peacekeepers, Montsame reports.
