AKIPRESS.COM - Uzbekistan – Russian exercises are held at Termez mountain range from July 30 to August 8.

The official opening of Uzbekistan – Russian “South 2021” exercises took place at Termez training ground on August 2.

The main goal of the exercises is to improve the system of cooperation between the military command and control bodies of both countries, exchange experience in the field of security.

Around 1,500 military personnel of Russia and Uzbekistan are partaking in the drill.
