AKIPRESS.COM - A regular autumn session of the State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia opened October 1 with 74.3 percent turnout, Montsame reported.

The resolution on the agenda of the autumn session was approved by the Parliament on July 8, 2021. Accordingly, a total of 72 bills will be discussed during the autumn session.

The opening of the session has been virtually attended by heads of foreign diplomatic missions in Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar city officials and officials appointed by the Parliament.

Under the Law on the State Great Khural, the regular autumn session of the State Great Khural shall begin on October 1, and the regular spring session shall begin on March 15, and last at least 75 working days.
