AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolia confirmed 2,409 new daily cases of coronavirus, the country's Ministry of Health said on Oct 6.

1,316 cases were confirmed in Ulaanbaatar, the remaining 1,092 cases were detected in the regions.

The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases nationwide has increased to 317,010.

14 people died per day raising the COVID-19 death toll to 1,303. 

7813 people have recovered from coronavirus infection per day.
