AKIPRESS.COM - The first tourists from Uzbekistan this year arrived in Ala-Buka district of Jalal-Abad region to visit sacred sites.
In 2 days, the tourists will visit historical sacred sites, including Shah Fazil memorial complex.
District head Nurbek Sattarov says that by the end of the year, the local authorities plan to welcome thousands of tourists from neighboring countries.
"50 pilgrims from the neighboring country arrived through the Baimak checkpoint. We met them at the checkpoint and took them to the sacred sites of Eshen Ata, Chynzhyr Ata. The next route is Shah Fazil memorial complex in the village of Safet Bulak. In addition, we took tourists to the district craft stores and outlets selling food and national clothing," he said.
