Suzak district farmers harvest ripe crops

AKIPRESS.COM - Farmers of Suzak district, Jalal-Abad region, harvest their first ripe crops.

Suzak district farmers harvest crops twice for a season.

In early February, farmers sow cabbage, potato, onion, radish and then sell their yield in late April-early May.

Farmers dig up potatoes now and send crops to the markets of Jalal-Abad and Bishkek.

Then they till the land and sow cabbage, corn, radish, beet.

55 tons of vegetables and 35 tons of dried fruits were exported by the farmers in the first quarter of this year.
