More than 1,000 tons of grapes exported from Karakalpakstan

AKIPRESS.COM - More than 1,000 tons of viticulture products were exported from Karakalpakstan from January to November, UzA reported.

The export value of a kilogram of grapes from January to May averaged $0.5, from June to July $1.8, from August to November $1.2, the export support center in Karakalpakstan noted.

Nukus district leads in export. 700 tons of grapes were exported to Kazakhstan and Russia only on November 15. They received $0.7 for each kilogram of grapes.

Exporters are provided with several benefits based on the decree of the President of Uzbekistan on improving the welfare of the population of Karakalpakstan through the accelerated development of entrepreneurship, innovative technologies and infrastructure of August 31 this year.
