AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador of Uzbekistan Abat Fayzullayev met with Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Austria Gerda Vogl, UzA reported.

The parties discussed promising directions for the development of relations between Uzbekistan and Austria in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The Austrian side was informed about the the implementation of large-scale reforms and Constitutional reform taking place in Uzbekistan.

The Advisor noted that in recent years, cooperation between the two countries has reached a new level, and the interest of Austrian business circles in expanding activities in Uzbekistan is growing.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on organizing a visit of an Austrian business mission to Uzbekistan and holding a business forum.
