AKIPRESS.COM - The editorial office of Orda.kz received information on Thursday, April 20, about alleged terrorist attacks in 29 schools in Almaty. Orda.kz correspondent contacted the city police department.

"A message was received today about planted bombs in several schools in the city. Emergency services are currently conducting a study of these objects. Several schools have already been checked, the information turned out to be false. Work continues," the police department said.

The exact number of allegedly mined schools was not named by the police. It is known that classes have been canceled in some educational institutions, and have been postponed in others.
