
AKIPRESS.COM - A 3.5 magnitude earthquake occurred in the mountains on the border of China and Kyrgyzstan at 6:54 pm on May 22, the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences reported.
The source of the earthquake is located in China, in the mountains of Kakshaal-Too ridge. It is 175 km southwest of Karakol city.
The intensity of the earthquake was not felt in settlements of Kyrgyzstan.
