AKIPRESS.COM - A family from Ivanovka village who had previously lost their cow, acquired through a social contract program, has been provided with a new one.
The administration of the Issyk-Ata district reported that local authorities found sponsors who could assist in purchasing a new cow for the family.
Initially, the family had received 100,000 soms grant from the state as part of the social contract program, which they used to acquire the cow. However, the cow died after some time. Understanding the family's circumstances, particularly their large number of children, the local authorities decided to offer support.
Kanybek Kurmanaliev, the head of the Ivanovka village, attracted sponsors to purchase a heifer.
The leadership of the state administration checked how 100,000 soms distributed among low-income families were being utilized by the local residents. Overall, a total of 51 families in Issyk-Ata district received this assistance from the state.
