AKIPRESS.COM - The UNICEF Mongolia Country Office, the International Telecommunication Union Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific and the Communications Regulatory Committee of Mongolia organized a national conference on child online protection at the Tuushin Hotel in Ulaanbaatar on June 14.

This conference brings together a variety of stakeholders from government and academia, international organizations, industry and media, civil society, parents and educators, as well as children to discuss various child online protection issues in Mongolia, raise awareness of online risks for children, offer advice and solutions, and strengthen collaboration between them.

The results of the discussions will be included in the proposed National Child Online Protection System.
