AKIPRESS.COM - London hosts Uzbekistan Culture Festival, UzA reported.

The event was organized with the support of the Uzbek diaspora in London by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Uzbekistan, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in London, and the “Vatandoshlar” Foundation.

The cultural heritage, traditions, national dishes, beautiful places of Uzbekistan and regions, and the Silk Road Samarkand tourist center were presented.

The famous chef of Uzbekistan Bakhriddin Chusti prepared a ton of fragrant pilaf. The guests enjoyed a variety of Uzbek dishes created under the guidance of the best Uzbek chef in London Muzaffar Sadikov.

Introductory sessions were held within the framework of the festival. Thus, visitors learned about the production of the famous Samarkand paper, exquisite metal, clay and faience dishes, cotton, and silk fabrics. The cultural program was presented by popular artists and DJs from Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, and Tashkent.

Undoubtedly, the festival left the most pleasant impressions, and every visitor wanted to get acquainted with Uzbekistan.
