AKIPRESS.COM - Delegation of Uzbekistan led by Deputy Minister of Justice Muzraf Ikramov took part in the 19th meeting of the European Union – Uzbekistan Subcommittee on Justice, Home Affairs, Human Rights and Related Issues in Brussels, UzA reported.

Representatives of Uzbekistan and the European Union discussed cooperation issues in ensuring the rule of law, improving the judicial and legal system, protecting human rights, and strengthening civil society.

The participants considered the current state and prospects of bilateral relations in the fight against drug trafficking and terrorism, as well as issues of border management and improvement of the customs system.
