AKIPRESS.COM - Uzbekistan Textile Industry Days take place in Stuttgart, Germany, UzA reported.

According to Uztuqimachiliksanoat Association, the forum is attended by more than 50 local and German companies. It is organized in four German cities.

The event aims to develop small and medium-sized businesses and further expand cooperation to assist in entering the foreign market.

20 enterprises of Uzbekistan, including Axsan Apparel, Yustex, Samo, Haj Tex, Bunyodkor Textile, and Urban Style, are showcasing their products at the event.

Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Germany Nabijon Kasimov spoke about the importance of the textile industry in further strengthening relations between the two countries. The Chairman of the Uztuqimachiliksanoat Association stressed that Uzbekistan will become the best location and hub for stable supplies of high-quality textile products to Germany.

At the forum, special attention was paid to the activities of cotton and textile clusters of Uzbekistan. The German partners expressed a desire to establish relations with the Uzbek side. Exhibitions and B2B meetings were also organized within the framework of the forum.
