AKIPRESS.COM - The delegation led by Chairman of Singapore's Indorama Corporation Sri Prakash Lohia visited Fergana region, UzA reported.

Members of the delegation visited Indorama Kokand Fertilizers and Chemicals JSC in Kokand city and got acquainted with its activities.

96% of Kokand Superphosphate Plant's shares were sold to Indorama Corporation in 2019 to diversify its activities.

Large-scale modernization work was carried out. Production capacity increased from 75,000 tons to 350,000 tons per year. 

High-quality mineral fertilizers for the agricultural sector are produced at the plant.

Members of the Indorama Corporation delegation also visited Fargonaazot JSC and got acquainted with modernization projects.
