AKIPRESS.COM - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan Jamshid Kuchkarov met with Japan's Toyota Tsusho Corporation representatives, UzA said.

The parties discussed a project on wind energy, further development of the telecommunications infrastructure of Uzbektelecom JSC, and construction of centers for storing and processing data in Tashkent, Bukhara, and Fergana regions.

The Minister of Economy and Finance expressed his readiness to develop further mutually beneficial cooperation and support projects that contribute to the economic development of Uzbekistan. Cooperation between Uzbekistan and Toyota Tsusho Corporation helps attract new technologies and investments.

The parties agreed to strengthen cooperation.
